We had the best time at this beautiful house! The views were absolutely stunning, and the amenities went above and beyond our expectations. Everything was so comfortable and well thought out, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!

This is a fantastic home for a weekend getaway with the family. The house was spacious and fits us comfortably. The view of the lake was beautiful and felt so serene. We spent the majority of our time in or near the water. There were several activities to do indoors and outdoor and it was never a dull moment. The host was great and responsive to our needs during our stay. We’ve enjoyed our time there and would do it again.

Just book it. I have to brag on Ashley; she is absolutely AMAZING. I told her that I was booking her place for a Ladies Retreat and that I will be making brunch on Sunday. Not only did Ashley get us an extra twin bed to make sure that everyone was comfortable, but she also got us additional serving platters to make sure my brunch was perfect. Excellent communication from beginning to end. During our stay, a very bad storm came in and we lost power. When we woke up trees and powerlines were down. Ashley came to house with a cooler with ice for us because she knew we had a lot of food from the brunch. She also brought us some batteries, fans and flashlights. During the power restoration process, she kept up updated with status and made sure we were ok the entire time. Because of the storm, she also extended a late check out to our group. I highly and undoubtable recommend staying at Ashley's place. You will NOT regret it. It's clean, beautiful and the LAKE. Two thumbs up. Thanks Ashley.

Our stay at Tilted Oak on Lake Bonham was everything we hoped for! The home itself was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Lake Bonham is a peaceful haven, with still mornings and the occasional friendly wave from boaters passing by. We spent a full day fishing right off the property and caught enough to host a fish fry for eight adults—with leftovers! Early risers are in for a treat: the sunrises are absolutely breathtaking. Ashley was a fantastic host—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. When we needed her in person during our stay, she arrived within the hour and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you, Ashley! We'll be back!

We loved the place. Communication was excellent before, during, and after the stay. The place was spotless and had everything you need in the rooms, bathrooms, and especially the kitchen. The view was so relaxing, and I'm sure it's better and fun to be outside in the summer. There was an issue with the BBQ, and she responded immediately, offering to send someone to fix it the next day, which was terrific. We had so much fun and will go back there.

We had a fantastic stay at Ashley's place. Everything was as described. The view from master bedroom was simply breathtaking especially the mornings when you open the curtains. We played some board games, watched TV, played music on the portable Bluetooth enabled sound box and danced, ordered take out from nearby restaurants to eat back at the BNB to maximize the time spent there, played Pac-Man and pool (mini version). We spent a good amount of time on the deck soaking in the sun and the views. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within 10-15 mts drive. We especially liked and highly recommend the Korean restaurant called K-Garden (10 mts away). One thing to note is that this is Bonham county where liquor stores aren't allowed, only wine and beer stores. (Liquor served only in the restaurants). So plan accordingly. We highly recommend Ashley's place to anyone who wants to enjoy beautiful and peaceful surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
